ODEdu Project (“we”) operate the portal http://platform.odedu-project.eu/ (“Portal”) as part of a project that has been funded with the support of the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union.

What we collect
We collect personal data that you send us by email and/or when you fill in online forms. The personal data collected includes, name, surname, email, city/town and country. This data will NOT be shared with third parties, but will be used solely for the purposes of fulfilling the ODEdu Project needs and for the continuous improvement of the Portal in aggregate format.
Website Log/Usage Data
In addition to personal data such as name/email, we collect usage information whenever you visit the Portal. This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser version, the pages of the Portal that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

In order to provide you a high quality learning experience the learning platform collects and holds the following data:
Data sharing and retention
The data collected will be kept for the lifetime of the platform. Once the platform is closed, this data will be deleted.
ODEdu and partners reserve the right to create derived data, including aggregated and anonymous statistical data in order to fulfil the purposes outlined above. Such data is then owned by the relevant partner and not subject to the same share and retention periods.
You can request a copy of the data we collect about you. We reserve the right to charge a fee for this service.

ODEdu Project cannot accept responsibility for any unauthorised access or loss of personal information that is beyond our control.
Our servers are backed up on a frequent basis, however we cannot ensure any loss of data done by the users of the Service.
